frequently asked questions

Question #1:

"Now wait just a minute ... are you telling me that I don't have to do ANYTHING AT ALL to make this program work for me?"

Answer:

Let me put it to you this way ... after about 15 minutes of set-up time ... you're D-O-N-E!  Here is how the typical situation will go down:

  1. You read and fill out the user agreement (2 minutes).

  2. You provide us with the contact information of your existing clients and/or new prospects (2 minutes).

  3. You provide us with an example of your existing letterhead, your signature so we can scan it and add to all your letters, and logos (1 minute).

  4. You will review and add your own personal flare to the pre-written letters (10 minutes).

That's all there is to it ... we provide all the paper and envelopes and also handle all the printing, folding, stuffing, postage, and mail services.  You get to "set it and forget it."

Question #2:

"I don't want something that looks like it came from a template ... How customized and personalized can I make my letters look?"

Answer:

The easy answer is this ... the letters generated from Nurture My Clients will look exactly as if you printed them from your desk top printer.  In an effort to simplify things, we have written a series of letters (using Best Practice standards) that are already proven to be effective.  Therefore all we need to do is add your own picture, signature, and personal letterhead and we're ready to go.

However, we have some clients that want to re-write the letters completely ... while this takes just a bit longer on the setup side of things, we can completely handle this request and will work with you to craft a powerful message to your intended audience.

Lastly, the envelope DOES NOT look like bulk mail.  In fact, we print directly on the envelope (no labels) in a very effective handwritten font and we use a live first class stamp.  These envelopes look like you sat down and addressed them yourself.

Question #3:

"I've never heard of the term "marketing funnel."  What is this all about and how does it work?"

Answer:

The marketing funnels consist of a series of pre-written, customized letters that are designed to be printed and mailed at specific intervals.  This gives us the ability to drop your clients or prospects into the beginning of the marketing funnel and allow everyone to move their way through the funnel automatically without having to remember WHO got WHICH letter.

We have Nurture Users who have several different marketing funnels.  For example, you can have one marketing funnel for your Existing Clients which will include language/message tailored toward your Existing Clients.  You can have a completely separate marketing funnel for Prospects which would obviously have a completely different message in that letter series.  There is no limit to the number of marketing funnels you can have.

Question #4:

"What happens when I get a new client that just purchased from me ... how do I add them to the Existing Client Funnel?"

Answer:

We have set up a special "Members Only" web site where you can add, subtract, or make changes to your database information.  This will automatically udate your internal database on our end and whatever changes you make will occur automatically.  Therefore if you are adding a new client, this person will automatically begin to receive a specific letter that you've preassigned to new clients.  From there, they will move through the marketing funnel.

Question #5:

"Why letters?  Why can't we use less expensive ways to get our message across like email?"

Answer:

We get asked this question a lot and there are several PROVEN reasons why we utilize letters (snail-mail) as opposed to email:

  1. Email is the new "white-noise" of marketing ... in other words, we all get way too many emails each day and they all seem to blend together so nothing really stands out.

  2. With spam filters and junk mail systems in place, only about 25% of emails actually make it to our "inbox."

  3. Letters are for building and nurturing relationships ... emails are for getting answers to questions quickly.

These are just a few reasons ... there are many more.  I know letters are more expensive to send, however you need to ask yourself this question, "What is the life-time value of my clients and what is the value of just 1 referral?"  It has been proven over and over again that spending a little extra money on your Existing Clients will yield many, many times more than your investment.
